I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The location is great, situated in the Sunway area with easy access to the mall, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms left much to be desired. The facilities were underwhelming, and the service could use significant improvement. Overall, it's not worth the price I paid, and I certainly won't be returning.
